• A Return Order (RO) number is issued before the customer ships controlled substances for tracking purposes.
• A DEA approved Form 41 Equivalent is provided with two witnessed signatures for certification of destruction.
• Covanta incinerates all non-hazardous waste. Covanta is DEA and EPA approved.
• All hazardous waste is destroyed by Pollution Control Industries, an EPA approved disposal company.
