Whether your DEA 222 form is requested via on-line electronically, faxed or mailed, MedTurn will quickly and accurately process your request and provide you with a DEA 222 form for your Schedule II products. Schedule III-V products can be returned easily with a Return Order number which our customer service department provides. You may even have our skilled and experienced technicians process your Schedule II-V products while providing you with on-site service. On-Line DEA 222 Form Request

If you have Schedule II products to return, you can submit a request for a DEA 222 form on-line. Simply inventory your CII items on-line and submit the inventory to us electonically. We will process your request and send you a DEA 222 form so you can return your products to us. This paperless process is fast, efficient and hassle-free.

Did you know that you can return products to MedTurn that typically can only be credited through your wholesaler? MedTurn refers to those products as 'wholesale only' items. We will process those items for you, and hold them until authorization for shipment is received. We will work together to make this process easy and profitable for you!

MedTurn has a program designed especially for indated products. Your credit dollars will be maximized when you send us a return. We will morgue or warehouse your indates until they are returnable for credit. As your indates are processed, they are barcoded and warehoused in a segregated, date-specific area. Our sophisticated processing program tracks product dating and allows for timely outbound shipments based on manufacturer return policies and business rules.
